2022 marks Brett's 11th full year as one of Tennis Channel's lead hosts and play-by-play announcers. Brett travels across the globe calling the action at the sport's most prestigious tournaments, including the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open, along with tournaments throughout the year on the ATP & WTA Tours.
In addition to calling the action from the booth, Brett was once again one of the network's lead hosts for its pre and post match program "Tennis Channel Live" -- both on location and in the network's Los Angeles studios. Brett continues to be one of the network's chief "traffic cops" during its innovative "Center Court" coverage of tournaments around the globe. Launched in 2013, Tennis Channel's "Center Court" initiative takes viewers to the most compelling matches on a given day by bouncing from tournament-to-tournament around the world in real-time as action dictates. The concept has been a smashing success with viewers and critics alike and has been expanded to bring viewers even more coverage throughout the year.

Brett Returns to NBC Olympic Broadcast Team
Brett was part of NBC's team that brought us coverage of the tennis competiton at the Olympics. Brett was the lead tennis play-by-play announcer for NBC at the London Olympics and expanded his role in Rio to be the lead studio host for tennis coverage during the Rio games. Brett Makes Golf Channel Debut as Guest Host of "Morning Drive"
Brett swapped tennis for golf as Golf Channel tapped him to be one of the guest hosts of their wake-up chat show "Morning Drive".
Brett showed his versatility slipping seemlessly into the unscripted show, leading informative conversations with some of the biggest names in golf. Brett became the first on-air personality to host a program on both Tennis Channel and Golf Channel in the history of the two networks.
Brett Renews Agreement with Nike Tennis, Entering Third Decade with Iconic Brand
Brett has renewed his agreement with Nike to continue as a consultant and spokesman for the iconic American brand's tennis category. Brett is now in his 21st year with Nike Tennis. He hosts various public events for Nike, including exhibitions, clinics, product launches, promotional events and grassroots initiatives to help promote widespread youth fitness and patricipation in tennis.
Brett Bestowed High Honor of Becoming Enshrinement Ceremony Emcee at the International Tennis Hall of Fame
Having been a contributor to the Hall of Fame's Enshrinement weekend for several years, in 2013, Brett received the honor of becoming the emcee of the enshrinement ceremony at the august and historic Casino in Newport, RI. Brett took over the prestigious honor from Hall of Famer Bud Collins, to whom Brett paid tribute in Newport as a "legend, mentor and generous friend." Brett had the distinct honor in 2014 of helping induct his friend and Tennis Channel colleague Lindsay Davenport. In 2021 he led the ceremonies as the latest class of inductees entered the hall: Lleyton Hewitt, Dennis Van der Meer and the Original 9.
